The conical cylindrical gear reducer is produced in accordance with the JB/T8853-2001 standard, and the input and output are vertically arranged in the outer meshing transmission mechanism. The transmission gear is made of high quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, grinding teeth and so on. The precision is 6, and the hardness can reach HRC60 (58~62). It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large carrying capacity, high efficiency, long life and low noise. It is mainly used in belt conveyor and all kinds of transportation machinery. It can also be used in metallurgy, mine, chemical industry, coal, building materials, petroleum and other kinds of general machinery.
A, the maximum speed of the input shaft is not greater than 1500r/min; B, gear speed is not greater than 20r/s;
C, the working environment temperature of -40 ~ +45 C. When the ambient temperature is below 0 C, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting.
