The general bridge crane is mainly composed of large vehicle operation mechanism, trolley operation mechanism, lifting mechanism and electrical equipment. The two ends of the bridge are supported by a running device, which is supported on the elevated orbit above the workshop or the open air yard, and is run vertically along the track. The lifting trolley runs horizontally along the trolley track on the main girder of the bridge.
The basic parameters of general bridge crane include:
1. Rated weight. When the main and auxiliary hooks are set, the rated weight is indicated by the fractional expression. The numerator represents the lifting weight of the main hook, and the denominator indicates the weight of the auxiliary hook.
2. Span. Also called span, is the distance between two parallel tracks of a crane. The span of the crane is generally 1.5m smaller than that of the workshop, and its span is one level per 3m, from 10.5m to 31.5m, and the non-standard span is greater than 31.5m.
3. Speed. Speed is determined according to the workload of the crane, the light level work speed is lower, the heavy work speed is faster. The weight is small, the speed can be faster, the weight is large, the speed should be slow, otherwise, to the security disadvantage.
The speed of universal bridge crane includes four aspects:
One is the speed of the cart. There are three kinds of mobile speed: 80, 100 and 120m/min;
The second is the speed of the car. The moving speed of the car is generally 40m/min;
Three is the lifting speed of lifting hook. Generally 8-20m/min;
Four is the lifting height. The lifting height of lifting hook is 12m, and each increase of 2m is level one, up to 32m.
