Overhead crane introduction:
Overhead crane mainly consists of bridge, trolley travelling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances, and is divided into 2 working grades of A5 and A6 according to the use frequency.
Overhead Crane With Hook ,The hook overhead crane can be used to lift loads from 5 tons to 350 tons, which is widely used to upload and move of normal weight in the fixed crossing space and also can work with various special-purpose hoist in special operations.
The spare parts of double girder bridge cranes mainly include: bearing, pulley, wheel, drive shaft, wire rope, brake shoe, buffer and coupling.
1, hook group: the extract device. Note: there should be no crack on the surface of the hook, the wear of the hook and the broken of the pulley rim.
2, pulley group: divided into dynamic pulley group and fixed pulley group. Notice: whether there are cracks on the surface, whether the work pulley is flexible or not, and whether the pulley rim is broken. After the pulley is damaged, users often use brazing (brass water welding) or electric welding to repair, so as to continue to use. Due to uneven heating, the pulley is deformed and the hardness is not uniform. It will cause abnormal wear of steel wire rope and the quality of welding is not easy to guarantee, so welding is not allowed.
3, wire rope: attention: broken wire, strand break, knot, rust and pitting. Apply a lithium base grease to the reel.
4, reel group: it is a part of hoisting mechanism used to wrap wire rope. The gear connected disc reel group is closed transmission with good grouping.
5, the reducer is to reduce the high speed of motor to the working speed required by all agencies. Common horizontal reducer ZQ, vertical reducer ZSC. Note: check the oil level; the reducer runs smoothly, and there should be no runout, impact and severe or intermittent noise. The sound is uniform; it should not be loosened at the fastener and connection.
6, the coupling is used to connect two shafts which are arranged or basically parallel to the coaxial line, transmitting torque and compensating for a little angular and radial offset. There are usually CL gear coupling, CLZ gear coupling and brake wheel gear coupling. Attention: lubrication and wear of teeth.
7, brakes: usually installed on the high speed shaft of the mechanism, so as to reduce the braking torque. The type of electric hydraulic block brake is YWZ. Attention: lubricate the shaft pin position, observe whether the brake lining has charred phenomenon or whether it is burnt or not, and whether there is oil stain on the friction surface of the brake wheel.
8, wheel set: wheel and corner bearing box are assembled to form wheel set. Wheels are divided according to wheels: double wheel rim and single rim wheel. Notice: flange wear. When the rim is less than 10 mm, report promptly and observe closely.
9, buffer: to absorb the energy generated by a crane (or a car) colliding with a retaining frame or a collision between adjacent cranes on the same span. It is divided into rubber buffer and spring buffer. Note: check to see if it is perfect.
10, resistor: used to limit the motor current. The mechanism can start smoothly and reduce the impact.
